We do not sell or rent your data. Marketing emails are opt-in only and you can unsubscribe anytime. Request deletion or a copy of your data anytime. We comply with Hong Kong PDPO and GDPR data-subject rights.

By engaging CLS Studio you agree: (1) Deliverables transfer to the client once paid in full. (2) CLS Studio retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. (3) Retainers require 30 days written notice to pause or cancel. (4) Third-party ad spend, software, and external fees are billed separately and remain the client's responsibility. (5) Refunds are not offered on work already delivered. (6) Hong Kong law governs all agreements.
