Days 1–3: Audit and Alignment

We start with a full audit: your Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Ads account, Google Analytics, landing pages, and creative assets. We identify every broken signal, every missing event, every attribution gap. You get a written report showing exactly what's leaking ROAS today.
Days 4–7: Strategy and Offer Design
Before we touch media, we nail down your core offer. What are we selling, to whom, at what price, with what incentive, and why now. If your offer is weak, no creative in the world will save it.
Days 8–14: Creative Production
Our team shoots and edits the first batch of direct response Reels, static ads, and Google Ads creative. Minimum 10 variations across three angles: problem/solution, social proof, and offer-led. Every asset is built for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube simultaneously.
Days 15–21: Campaign Launch and Learning Phase
We launch across Meta and Google Ads, structured with separate campaigns for cold prospecting and warm retargeting. The first week is the algorithm's learning phase. We monitor signal quality, CTR, CPC, and creative fatigue — but we don't make big changes yet.
Days 22–30: Optimization and Scale
By day 22, we have enough data to identify winning creative, winning audiences, and winning funnels. We kill what's not working, double the budget on what is, and start producing the next creative batch based on real performance data.
End of Month 1: The Report You Actually Want
Not a PDF full of impressions and reach. A spreadsheet showing spend, conversions, CAC, and ROAS, broken down by campaign, creative, and audience. Plus a written analysis of what we learned and what we'll test next month.
